Effect of Motivation, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance

Employee performance must be continuously improved in order to win business competition. The purpose of this study was see what factors influenced employee at the Gran Rubina Generali Tower Flat Owners and Occupants Association (PPPSRS), seen from Motivation, Compensation, Job Satisfaction. research method uses correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, t test ANOVA using SPSS Version 26 software samples taken as many existing population. It turns out that Motivation Variable has a positive insignificant effect on performance, while Compensation Satisfaction Variables have significant performance. Simultaneously KEYWORDS:
